Terms of Service

Make Bra Terms of Service are valid from 1.1.2017.

The products of this online store are sold by Annele Salonen Tmi, business ID 0995369-2. We sell our products worlwide. Customers under the age of 18 will need a guardian’s consent for purchasing from our store.
The prices include VAT. Prices for our products and shipping fees are subject to change without notice.

Ordering

The products are mainly ordered from our online store at www.makebra.com.
All the orders are confirmed by email, which includes the price of your order, shipping costs and the list of products you have ordered. Receiving the order confirmation requires announcing your email address when placing the order.
When ordering, the customer agrees to the terms of delivery valid at the time.

Payment

The products and their shipping costs are paid when ordering. The following payment types are available: Advance Payment and card payments via PayPal.

Advance Payment

We will ship the products when the payment appears on our account. We do not ship products with cash on delivery. Advance Payments will be paid to the account of Annele Salonen Tmi, in accordance with the order confirmation information.
The order will be confirmed during office hours when the payment is made. If the payment method is Advance Payment, we reserve the order for 5 working days after which the order is void if payment has not been completed.

Paypal

PayPal works as the payment transmission service provider for us. This means that the bank or credit card information is transmitted directly to PayPal and are not disclosed to us at any time.

Delivery

The order will be sent from us by 2 days from the time of the order or when the payment appears on our account (Advance Payment). Downloadable products will be sent to your email (Monday-Friday) within 24 hours of the order, or when the payment appears on our account (Advance Payment).

Please note that all delivery times are calculated in working days excluding the time at customs.

Orders outside the EU

The products are also delivered outside the EU. In this case, the customer is responsible for any value added tax and customs duties in the destination country.
We will notify about exceptional delivery times on our homepage.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

The price of the delivery includes shipping and packing costs. You can see the delivery costs after selecting payment and delivery method of the shopping cart. We deliver orders as a package or a letter. Both can be tracked with the delivery ID.

The Exchange and Return Policies

The customer has a 14 days right to return or exchange under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Return Policy applies only to unused and marketable products in the original package.
Once the return is accepted, the money will be returned to your bank account.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery.

Digital products cannot be restored or exchanged.

Defective Products and Problems with Shipping

If the product is damaged or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must immediately report the error to us.
Notification of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of the reception of the product. If the package is damaged during delivery, the customer must do an immediate claim to the post office.

Other

We reserve the right to modify the terms of delivery. The customer must read and agree to the then-current terms of delivery before ordering.
We do not warrant or represent that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
