The products of this online store are sold by Annele Salonen Tmi, business ID 0995369-2. We sell our products worlwide. Customers under the age of 18 will need a guardian’s consent for purchasing from our store.
The prices include VAT. Prices for our products and shipping fees are subject to change without notice.

Ordering

The products are mainly ordered from our online store at www.makebra.com.
All the orders are confirmed by email, which includes the price of your order, shipping costs and the list of products you have ordered. Receiving the order confirmation requires announcing your email address when placing the order.
When ordering, the customer agrees to the terms of delivery valid at the time.

Payment Methods

Bambora

With Bambora PayForm you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Enterpay Company Invoice, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit. Read more from www.jousto.com.

Paypal

When paying via PayPal your bank or credit card information is transmitted directly to PayPal and are not disclosed to us at any time.

Bank Transfer in the EU

SEPA bank transfer is made up for the countries within the EU and a few other countries which also support Euro bank transfers. The payment is paid directly into our bank account (Company name: Annele Salonen Tmi).

Delivery and Shipping Costs

The order will be sent from us by 2 days from the time of the order or when the payment appears on our account (Advance Payment). Downloadable products will be sent to your email (Monday-Friday) within 24 hours of the order, or when the payment appears on our account (Advance Payment).

If you do not pick up the shipment within the time specified by your local post and the package will be returned to us, we will send it back to you again, but charge the shipping cost from you.

The price of the delivery includes shipping and packing costs. You can see the delivery costs after selecting payment and delivery method of the shopping cart. We deliver orders as a package or a letter.

The Exchange and Return Policies

The customer has a 14 days right to return or exchange under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Return Policy applies only to unused and marketable products in the original package.
Once the return is accepted, the money will be returned to you.

Digital products cannot be restored or exchanged.

Defective Products and Problems with Shipping

If the product is damaged or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must immediately report the error to us.
Notification of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of the reception of the product. If the package is damaged during delivery, the customer must do an immediate claim to the post office.

Other

We reserve the right to modify the terms of delivery. The customer must read and agree to the then-current terms of delivery before ordering.
We do not warrant or represent that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
