Adding the extra elastics at sides will
Use the same 3 cm wide elastic that you used for the bottom of the bra. Set the head of the elastic under the side boning tunnel and topstitch in place before you slide the bone in. Other head of the elastic is attached under the closure tape. The length of the elastic is the same as the length of the wing.
